Advanced File Security 3.1 is a small application that allows fast and easy encrypting of your files and folders. The developers offer two versions of this software. Pro version can be bought on product’s home page. This basic version is free and has less functionality. But it is a very useful application. It helps protecting your data from intruders and helps saving it private. The program has a very simple and easy-to-use interface. Encryption is performed in two steps. On the first step you should select one or several folders and files you want to encrypt. The items you have selected are shown in a special list. On the second step you should enter a password for your encrypted file. But be careful, because you won’t be able to recover your data without correct password. After setting the password push button “Encrypt” to start encryption. During the process status dialog is shown. It shows the progress of encryption. The program also includes great detailed help file that has all information about its’ features and performance. |
